Our Story
Irenedion Builders Corporation was established on November 19, 2018. It was born out of a commitment to bring quality, honest, and reliable construction services to Metro Manila and beyond.
We are a SEC-registered corporation (CS201841696) headquartered in Pateros, Metro Manila. What started as a focused renovation and painting contractor has grown into a full-service construction company trusted by homeowners, commercial building owners, hotel chains, hospitals, government agencies, and some of the Philippines' biggest retail brands.
In over seven years of operation, we have completed more than 50 projects across Metro Manila and Luzon, from a single condo unit refresh to multi-site hotel renovation contracts spanning a dozen branches nationwide.

We are accredited applicators of Davies Paints and Pacific Paint (Boysen), two of the Philippines' leading paint brands. We use materials that last, and we stand behind the work we do.
